Simple Dorry Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slice of wheat bread (155 kkal)
1 slice of cheese (50 kkal)
1 egg, make a sunny side egg (90 kkal)
1 slice of dory fish fillet (aprox 50 gram, 45 kkal)
Ketchup if you like (aprox 15-20 kkal)
Italian herbs seasoning
Salt
Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon of olive oil

Total calories: 355 calories
Amount of serving: 1 or 2, depends on your daily need.

Steps:
1. Marinade the fish with itlaian herbs seasoning, salt, and garlic powder. Set aside on the table for aprox 5 minutes.
2. Heat the pan. Pour the olive oil. After that, grill or pan sear the fish. Do it until the fish perfectly cooked.
3. On a plate, put a slice of wheat bread. Put the fish, egg, and the cheese.
4. Pour the ketchup above the cheese.
5. Put a slice of wheat bread on the top. After that, cut on the middle of the sandwich to make 2 pieces.
