Fried Beef Ball


















Ingredients:
250 grams of Minced beef
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of knorr chicken flavour powder
1 tablespoon of sago flour
1 egg
5 tablespoons of flour
chopped parsley leave
cooking oil for deep fried
Steps:
1. In a large bowl, add egg, minced beef, sago flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper powder, knorr chicken flavour powder together. Stir and mix it using hands.
2. Take a tablespoon of the mixed beef from the bowl. Make a round shape of the beef (like a ball). Continue for all mixed beef.
3. In a different bowl, add the flour. Cover all the beef ball with the flour.
4. Deep fry the beef ball until the beef has been cooked well.
5. Serve on a plate. Put the minced parsley leave above the beef ball.
